Steve Thomas is the owner and president of Flex Erect, a steel erection firm based in Houston, with tentacles stretching to Georgia and Arkansas. Steve took over from the founder in 2015, bought the company in 2019, and has overseen tremendous growth since. As GC, Mark has subcontracted Flex Erect on several projects and has a growing admiration for the way in which Steve operates his company.
